About the team
The Digital Capability team is responsible fordelivering digital asset initiatives and helping both the business unit and thefirm deliver their digital strategies. The primary focus is to define, buildand operate successful digital assets for both our practitioners and ourclients.
What will your typical day look like?
You will work with creative and dynamicstakeholders as part of a highly experienced team. You will be required toinform, engage and support Deloitte Australia's Digital Capability business.Supported by the Streamlining Business Partner and Lead Director, you willengage Stakeholders at all levels to understand and analyse opportunities todeliver digital asset initiatives.

- Working on a variety ofprojects from inception to completion, to understand, document and track thebusiness needs and requirements throughout the project life-cycle.
- Preparing, reviewing, refiningand presenting solutions
- Mentoring junior BusinessAnalysts

You are someone with:
- Ability to analyse requirements, create functional specifications,use cases, and both business and technical process flow diagrams.
- Ability to facilitate communication between technical andnon-technical audiences ensuring technology solutions fulfil the client'sbusiness needs
- Ability to generate UI wireframes using a tool such as Axure orInvision
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PPT. Excel,Visio and Project)
- Experience in business analysis relating to technical/softwareproduct development, ideally within an agile delivery framework
