This role will ensure accuracy and integrity of the accounting systems and processes, maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures including GAAP. This role will oversight Inventory control, cost accounting to maximize the proper utilization of the Company's various accounting and financial reporting systems.Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible to Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on costAnalyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costsAnalyzing audits of costs and preparing reportsMaking estimates of new and proposed product costsMaintaining Cost Accounting SystemAssisting in Month end close of the General LedgerProvide oversight on physical inventories and cycle count program across all plantAnalyze material purchase trends and impact on inventory value Inventory rollforwardsReconciles finished goods, raw material, WIP and core inventoriesOther duties as assignedQualifications And Skills5+ Years Related Experience Minimum of 2 solid years of Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing EnvironmentIn–depth knowledge of GAAPKnowledge and experience with SAP, BPC Financial Reporting is highly desiredSuperior Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)Possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple and conflicting prioritiesMust have mental capacity to troubleshoot and solve problems of high complexity or difficultyApply today and grow with us!CARDONE Industries is an equal opportunity employer, offering all full–time employees a competitive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance; vacation time; parental leave; company–paid holidays; and a 401(K) matching program.If this role sounds like an exciting fit for you, we would love to hear from you!Please Note: This role is Not Eligible for Visa/Green Card Sponsorship
