HEALIX HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR:?
A Financial Analyst to join our expert team of business and healthcare minded professionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Director of FP&A to develop and refine the complex data collecting and reporting process and lay the framework for a comprehensive KPI data warehouse.
  • Develop and maintain a visually enhanced dashboard for both the clients and internal users to assist in managing our operational performance.
  • Develop models to report and analyze financial performance by product mix, site, city, region and state. Perform variance analysis vs. budget and prior periods.
  • Work on ad–hoc projects to help gain insight into company's profitability.
  • Capture trends and patterns in operational data using statistical and/or visual models.
  • Assist in the annual budget process by providing financial modeling support to the Director of FP&A.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis or modeling support for the internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is required. Finance degree is preferred
  • At least 3 to 4 years? experience. Prior healthcare experience a plus
  • Experience working with large data sets and draw meaningful inference from such data
  • Strong Excel skill is a must
  • Working knowledge of SQL and other data languages required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Forecasting and modeling experience preferred
  • A self–starter and willing to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to navigate through uncertainty
