Our client is a well-known cosmetic company and to cope with their expansion plan, they are hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Direct report to Finance Manager
- Handle full sets of accounts and daily accounting operation
- Month-end closing, maintains all reports/schedules update-to-date
- Manage the preparation of company’s budget and assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic plan
- Support the Country Manager in providing financial information and analysis
- Assists in ERP/POS administration
- Involves ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance / Accounting major and holder of CPA is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail / FMCG industry
- Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
- High proficient in Excel and ability to pick up skills in IT systems and processes
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, flexible and independent
