Our team is growing! We are seeking multiple Facilitators to join the Community Impact Services division of our Climate Change and Sustainability Services team in Sydney. These roles are being offered on a range of permanent, 12 months and 6-month contracts across full time, part time (30 hours per week) and casual work arrangements.

Your flexibility and availability to attend a recruitment centre on Monday 1 st July 2019 will also be pivotal. An immediate start is also on offer for the successful candidate.

These Facilitator roles will focus on delivering world-class educational programs to primary school aged students on a variety of life skills such as money management, digital citizenship, and diversity and inclusion. Our programs are developed with the aim to affect positive social impact and shared value with the community through changing human behaviour, underpinned by our unique behaviour change model.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver world class financial literacy workshops to primary and secondary school-aged students across the Sydney area
  
• Achieve KPIs in workshops in regard to workshop quality and evaluation feedback
  
• Act as an outstanding brand ambassador for the business and the client
  
• Build and maintain relationships with schools to ensure continued partnerships
  

Our behaviour change programs change lives and, as a Facilitator, you will provide the opportunity for people to understand how!
Skills and attributes for success

• Ability to engage, inspire and motivate school-aged audiences through face-to-face mediums
  
• Previous experience in roles presenting, teaching, educating or performing, particularly to the primary and secondary school age groups
  
• Must be able to quickly learn and retain content for presentations
  

As a Facilitator, you must hold a valid and current working with children check, as well as a valid driver's license, access to your own car and compulsory third party insurance.
Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience with behaviour management and the ability to problem solve on the fly
  
• Strong administration skills with great attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
  
• A purpose and values driven attitude - you want to be a part of something good
  
• A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and remotely
