Responsibilities:
We are a company operating in Restaurants business and looking for Accounting and Administrative Manager to oversee daily Accounting Activities; Internal Controls Activities; Reporting Activities; procurement and personnel activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 2 Accountants by setting them a plan on how to Record; validate and report Financial Transactions
- Ensure that Daily; Weekly and Monthly Reports are promptly and accurately reported
- Prepare and authorize Sales Tax Return and Income tax return
- Validate Purchases and ensure that all purchases Transaction maid through pre-approved Vendors
- Managing accountants to Make Inventory Controls Check; Comparing the Ideal Cost of products sold versus Actual Cost
- Managing Billing P.O. Sales System to grant access to others; set up; new prices; recipes; discounts, etc.
- Dealing with vendors for purchasing; price negotiation and payments from 15 - 2O Vendors.
