Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
As part of the CPM team, process, develop and test structural changes in Infor CPM, including related changes to screens, scripts, enhancements, reports and process documentation.
Maintain users in Infor CPM and Concur.
Support Infor CPM users using the service desk and team email.
Write reports in Infor CPM using application studio and office plus.
Create and maintain reports as and when required by all five divisions as well as corporate users
Test Infor CPM during upgrades and other changes.
Interact with BIS functions in the articulation / deployment of application services including Projects, Enhancements, Con fig users in use of Infor CPM, best practise and in response to specific enquiries.
Maintain the Infor CPM database to maximise efficiency and reliability of Infor CPM system.
Profile
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience of administrating Infor CPM system or similar consolidation system, including user security, structural changes, data processing and analysis.
System and Accounting knowledge to enable assistance with mapping of data from local ERP accounts to the consolidation account structure.
Experience of providing system help for finance users in many countries.
Strong understanding of change control processes and data control procedures.
Experience of system process and data testing within a consolidation system.
