Head of Finance - Treasure Bay Bintan

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and manage the team of accounting, financial, tax and formulate operational strategies in line with TBB Group's objective by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, tax planning and recommendations to strategic direction, budgeting, forecasting capital, operational facilities and staff requirements, identifying monetary resources.
• Establish financial and operational strategies by evaluation trends, establish critical measurements, resolving problems and implementing changes.
• Represents TBB to negotiate commercial terms and liaison with our hotel operators, stakeholders and relevant authorities.
• Assess and review financial and operational system to ensure flexibility and yet be able to sustain in the long term to meet the competitive business environment and to propose and implement new system from time to time.

Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a Professional qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
• Strong Command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and Spoken.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in the capacity of Financial Controller or Head of Finance.
• High integrity, strong leadership skills, discipline, confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a people person.
• Engage with employees of all levels and exercise sound judgement.
• In depth knowledge of robust internal control, corporate financial laws, Indonesia tax compliance, risk management practices, cash flow management, strong analytical skills, highly motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and aggressive environment.
