What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same in Deloitte Managed Solutions (DMS) as we offer services in operational delivery and technical remediation and complaints handling work. We provide these services using the most up to date technology innovation to provide market-leading solutions.
As an Operations Senior Manager in the DMS practice, you will lead large scale operational engagements.
Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will play a critical role in designing, setting-up and delivery of the operational set up and infrastructure of a large scale regulatory project. Honing in on your program management expertise, you will support senior operational leadership and work together to ensure that operational tasks align with best practice and budget.

- Take the lead on the design and implementation of operational solutions for our clients.
- Lead and manage key client relationships.
- Support and mentor junior team members, develop and upskill the wider team for operational excellence on the project.

You are someone with:
- A background in Financial services industry (preferred, but not essential)with exposure to remediation, large scale operations , complaint handling, claims processing and conduct risk reviews in Australia
- Proven Project Management skills demonstrated in previous experience managing junior staff, client stakeholders and timely reporting to internal and client senior management
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability and drive to deliver high quality outcome and a scalable operational delivery program
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions that benefit the business and gain efficiencies within the operating model of the program
- Proficient understanding of current economic, regulatory and market trends relevant to the operation.
