As a company passionate about their Strong moral offering they are needing an understanding Credit Controller to deal with customers in a fair and ethical manner.

Description

This Credit Controller role will have the following duties and responsibilities;

• Chase outstanding invoices and debt via phone, email and letter
• manage aged debt
• proactive collect outstanding amounts ahead of reaching bad debt
• DSO reporting
• communicating regularly with the sales and purchase ledger teams to ensure accurate invoicing of customers
• weekly reporting on debtors days
• partner with legal on escalated debt issues

Profile

Credit Controller experience and characteristics required;

• 2+ years credit control experience
• comfortable speaking to a range of customers
• great communicatyion skill's
• good attention to detail
• organised working manner
