Operating worldwide this digital manufacture are looking for a Stock reconciliation clerk to join the business on a temporary basis to assist with ensuring the stock reconciles across their sites.The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and welcoming team.
Description
Key duties for the Stock reconciliation clerk include:
- Submitting purchase details into internal database
- Reconciling stock records to external company stock records
- Coordinate regular inventory audits
- Track shipments and address any delays
- Reconciling stock records to external company stock records
Profile
The successful Stock reconciliation clerk will have be:
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. EFACS / Sage or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Active participation in inventory audits
- Excellent organization skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
