Kelly Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Greenwood, South Carolina area to join our client's growing?team. The team you would be joining handles all of the processing for their North American operations. Your core responsibilities will include processing invoices, researching invoices that cannot be automatically processed, expense reports, assisting their business partners with invoice/payment status, statement reconciliations, and correcting coding/routing issues. Our client is looking for someone who is responsible and can work independently. This is not an environment where you will be micromanaged so being able to effectively prioritize on your own is a must. They would be open to providing training for someone who does not have prior accounts payable experience if you have a stable work history and prior administrative, accounts receivable, or medical billing experience. This is a long term contract opportunity guaranteed to last a minimum of 6 months with the potential of extending and becoming permanent. Additional Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle accounts payable processing
  • Research and process vendor invoices for PO and/or Non–PO supplies that cannot automatically flow through the system
  • Reviews, audits, and processes high volume of invoices and expense reports
  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts to ensure all expenses and credits are accounted for
  • 3–way match in a large ERP environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of prior accounting experience is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in a professional office setting?
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (primarily excel and word)
  • Experience in a mid–high volume processing environment is preferred
  • Prior experience with SAP, Readsoft, or JD Edwards is a plus
  • Knowledge of 3–way match in a large ERP environment
