JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENT
- Responsible for the Group's finance, costing, accounting, taxation, company secretary and audit function.
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, tax compliance and legislation for the Group.
- Oversee the account receivables and payables activities and ensure that we are within the planned budget on a monthly basis and suggestion to improve on payment cycles and expenditures for the group.
- Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting/requirements
- Review and recommend improvement of the group internal accounting policies, internal controls and process.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with the bank, audit firm and regulator
- Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Member of ACCA/MIA/CIMA or equivalent.
