Finance Transformation Manager
What will your typical day look like?
As a manager in our Finance Transformation team, you will -lead a teamof Deloitte's brightest minds to analyse clients' needs and requirements fortransforming their finance function; develop a roadmap strategy throughredesign of finance structure, processes, enabling systems and effectivebusiness partnering; Design and embed end-to-end business process improvementsto enhance customer experience, improve efficiency and productivity and/orreduce costs; Leverage your superb interpersonal skills and remarkable businesssense to support the wider team in business development.

Our high-performingand collaborative team offers CFOs advice to enable and optimise our clients'finance strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with the organisation'slong-term goals. We primarily seek to improve the efficiency and effectivenessof organisations at all stages of the finance transformation journey fromdesigning the change required, to delivering and managing that change andproviding assurance around change initiatives.
You will be anintegral part of a leading Finance Transformation practice in Australia, andgenerate real insights to help deliver value to our clients.

- 7+ years' experience workingin Private industry or Public Sector Corporate / Finance organisations
- 4+ years' experience workingin professional services or consulting, advising CFO's on Financetransformation, process improvements, financial planning redesign, servicedelivery model design and implementation, and other critical elements of theFinance function
- Experienceleading or mentoring small teams.
- Ability tobuild consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings
