As a Senior Manager in our Real Estate Tax team your impact will be seen by:
You have a background in real estate tax and are skilled in leading teams across multiple tax specialisations (e.g. indirect tax, international tax). You also hold an understanding of research and financial analysis on companies and the industries in which they operate.
Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Tax team navigate an increasingly complex tax environment for clients through innovative solutions.
You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. - Helping clients meet their Australian income tax obligations by navigating them through an increasingly complex tax environment
- Optimising our clients' financing and legal arrangements from a tax perspective by advising on the Australian income tax aspects of a wide variety of real estate related transactions
- Partnering with clients to engage with ATO and FIRB in respect of their real estate transactions
- Developing and providing general corporate tax consulting services, particularly within trusts
