- Bring a problem solving mindset and have had prior exposure to internal audit, either within professional services or industry
- Are familiar with planning and executing internal audit reviews and understand the importance of adopting a risk-based approach
- Have the ability to prepare coherent reports and presentations
- Are able to demonstrate an understanding of commercial issues facing business and apply that understanding to your work
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
