Responsibilities
- Assist financial manager / senior financial manager to conduct due diligence analysis on procurement requests and draft the relevant reports, evaluate the performance of various approved suppliers, and monitor the budget execution of fixed assets, etc
- Assist in constructing or enhancing the related management mechanism and administrative measures
- Assist in developing the related IT systems and participate in UAT process
- Perform other jobs assigned by supervisors
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Statistics, Management Information System or related disciplines
- Professional qualification in HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, ACIB, ACIS would be an advantage
- 5 years or above working experience in above-mentioned areas
- Good analytical, report writing and project management skills and able to work under pressure
- Well understand and be familiar with procurement or fixed assets related IT systems function, and be capable of conducting daily management work through those systems
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
