What will your typical day look like?
You will be part of the National Finance team, playing a crucial role in end to end payroll processes, employee payments, compliance and third party or vendor payments. Passionate in inspiring change, you won't settle for just "good enough" and are always looking to constantly improve and optimise the payroll sphere.
You can also expect to:
- Ensure that standard operating processes are followed and payroll controls and reports are in place to minimise risk when finalising monthly and weekly pays
- Be involved in team development (i.e. organising regular training sessions and managing payroll staff performance)
Meet the National Finance team - a multidisciplinary team of accountants and technical specialists that essentially keep the company running. From treasury support to payroll services, the Group Finance team handles firm-wide administration and accounting. Enough about us, let's talk about you:
You are someone with:
- A minimum of three years Payroll experience in end to end Payroll processing, payroll reconciliations, reporting and query management in a high volume environment
- Experience in payroll processing > 1200 employees per month
- Fluency in Success Factors and SAP Payroll
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
