Description

  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales Ledger accounts reconciliation
  • Sales Ledger raising invoices
  • Payment runs
  • Processing of Company Credit Card expenses (monthly)
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Nominal ledger / general ledger reconciliations
  • Report generation
  • General ad hoc small company/office administration duties
  • Using the Sage system

    • Profile

    The successful candidate will:

  • Be AAT qualified, part qualified (ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience.
  • Have intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
  • Have previous experience of SAGE (desirable not essential)
