Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Full ownership of properties
- Liaise with key stake holders and property managers
- Internal and external analysis and reporting
- Hold monthly meetings
- Proactively business partner and be a key point of contact
- Monthly accruals and processes
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Similar)
- Industry experience is beneficial but not essential
- Proven business partnering experience
