Our client are a successful friendly, family-run manufacturing business based on Wrexham Industrial estate. They are seeking an Accountant to join their team on a part time basis, offering an excellent package and comfortable working environment.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Accountant include:

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Preparing monthly budgets
• Bank reconciliations
• Cash-flow forecasting
• Expenses
• Inputting payroll and collating hours
• Overseeing transactional processing such as Sales and Purchase Ledgers
• Adhoc tasks as required by the Directors

Profile

Due to nature of this department our client are seeking an Accountant with a friendly, 'hands-on' approach so while responsibilities including the production of management accounts there will be support required across the department to support the business with transactional work. The ideal candidate will also have:

• A strong work-ethic
• Experience producing management accounts
• SME background is desirable
• Exposure to Sage50 is desirable
• AAT/CIMA/ACCA/QBE experience is welcome
• High level of Excel skills including V Look Ups / Pivot tables
• Friendly and approachable attitude
