Our Client specialize in food manufacturing and retail. Currently they are looking for individual with Accounts Receivable experience to join them.Responsibilities
- Responsible in the various daily functions of accounts receivable (AR)
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies and accounting standards of the Company.
- Ensure all the billings and receipts are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor, update and follow up closely with customers on overdue payment.
- Prepare bank-in documents and perform reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly GTO submissions to various landlords.
- Provide timely reports for month-end closing, regular management reports
- In charge of Petty Cash payment and reimburse for outlets.
- Manage all related tenants rental charges and utilities.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in Finance / Accounting Related Discipline
- Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantage
- Location: Admiralty
- Working days: 8AM to 530PM; 5 days
- Salary: Basic Up to $2,800
