Financial Analysis:

• Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
• Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
• Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
• Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput

Budgeting:

• Manage the preparation of the company's budget in coordination with all department heads.
• Quarterly/Half yearly analysis seeking variance analysis concerned departments
• Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

Costing:

• Responsible for Pre-Launch and Post-Launch profitability of new products.
• Responsible for costing/Margin finalization of new product.
• Partner with Product Management and Purchasing Team in determining financial impact due to product cost reductions, new product roll out, etc. and prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results.
• Being part of MRP revision process and ensuring its implementation on time.

Fund Management:

• Ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

Debtors management:

• Verify registrations/renewals of customer accounts, Payment terms, credit eligibility & Terms of trade etc
• Scrutiny & follow up of customer balances
• Verify and Settlement of customer claims received;
• MIS, review meetings & Provisioning

Ledger Scrutiny: Scrutinize all GL, AP, AR, and ensure adequacy of entries, and reasoning for nature of transactions & balances.

Vendor Management & Purchase Orders :

• Responsible for bill verification, taxes, budget approvals, credit availment
• Advance claim processing & settlement
• MIS, review & clearing
• Responsible for PO release which includes cross checking and confirmation of Rate, Quantities, Taxes, Material codes etc
