Job Description for Financial Controller
Education: Qualified CA is mandatory with ACCA Certification.
Experience: 7+ Years
Skills Required
Monthly closing of accounts. Lead accounting and manage companys book keeping
Vendor Management, invoicing and cash cycle with vendors
Preparation and filing of Advance Tax, TDS Return and Service Tax Return
GST Act involving monthly and annual returns
Bank Reconciliation and meeting statutory compliances
Strong knowledge of accounting entries & financial concepts
Proactive internal audit, MIS and benchmark towards category spends
Budgeting and variance analysis
Employee reimbursement
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process; Monitor cash flow
Lead initiative in automating vendor invoicing, collection and e-payments
Fully responsible for end to end vendor invoicing, collection and payments
Finalization of Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, and participating in the audit of the company as required under Companies Act
Analysis of actual monthly performance versus budget
Participate in secretarial compliance including share allotment, rights issue and filings.
Hands on experience on any ERP is must e.g. oracle, people soft.
Good at MS-Office Skills with ability to us the functions of advanced Excel including Macros.
Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
Support the Country head with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be CA Qualified and ACCA Certified.
Should be ready to relocate to Bangalore.
