Purpose & Accountabilities:
Review all requests for JML and contact the HM to ensure the correct buying channel has been selected. If not, onboard contractors in IQN.
Dimensions:
- Engage with Hiring Managers to ensure correct Scoping decisions are made in a consistent way
- Through discussion with the Hiring Manager and other research*, assess and classify the Contingent worker/s coming into Shell and advise/direct the Hiring Manager accordingly (in IQN or PO)
- Assist the Hiring Manager to follow and complete their transaction through the correct buying channel (relative to the classification of their contingent worker/s)
- Manage and resolve or escalate disputed Scoping decisions
- Working in pairs / small teams with associated Data Collection & IQN specialist
