Major Accountabilities:
- Stage wise costing for CMS vertical (mfg.)
- Project wise costing for CDS (service & service-cum-mfg.)
- Quote vs. Actual comparison for CDS vertical.
- Variance analysis – budget v actual
- Product wise profitability reporting for API & Intermediates
- Project wise profitability reporting – with 4 metrics – RM cost, manpower cost, machine hours & analytical cost.
- Finalization of budgeted cost sheets – in co-ordination with supply chain & production.
- Projection of Raw material cost – month-on-month as well as quarter-on-quarter.
- Inventory valuation including calculation of overhead absorption rate.
- Review of inventory aging and initiating remedial actions with SCM & stores.
- Co-ordination with Auditors with respect to Inventory & consumption cost – quarterly limited review & annual audit
Credentials
- ACCA member / ICWA member with 1 - 5 years of relevant work experience in pharma Industry.
