They are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team to assist with the day to day running of their Finance function. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in the Not for Profit sector previously or an AAt studier.

They are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team to assist with the day to day running of their Finance function. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in the Not for Profit sector previously or an AAt studier.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:

• Processing customer invoices in line with corporate policies.
• Daily processing of receipts from customers to the finance system.
• Monitoring and chasing payment of overdue sales invoices.
• Processing credit card reconciliations.
• Dealing and resolving queries from internal and external parties.
• Managing the Group mailbox.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Filing.
• Supporting other parts of the team as required

Profile

The successful Candidate:

• Good administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi task, manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and customer facing skills.
• Ability to integrate into a small busy team.
• Personal Accountability.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Prior experience of working in a Finance department
