Morgan Mckinley are currently working with a global organisation based in Chippenham who are looking for a Trainee Finance Analyst to join their growing Finance team.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing month-end to analyse variances to budget, help investigate any financial or reporting queries and create P&L's. You will also be involved in system/process improvement, other areas on analysis, forecasting and ad-hoc financial reporting. You will work closely with the FP&A team and assist with CAPEX reporting and any other duties relating to financial planning and analysis.
In order to be successful you must be degree educated (Accounting & Finance related desirable) with strong passion and drive to complete full qualification (ACCA/CIMA). You must have high attention to detail, be self-motivating and have good Excel skills.
There will be a clear promotional path in this role, as you progress with your professional qualification, improve and develop, you will start to own areas of the P&L and expand and improve reporting. You will be offered a permanent position with a reputable business, plus a competitive salary of £20k-£22k + study support.
