Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a German speaking Credit Controller. This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed, ensure that all outstanding debts are pursued and collected in accordance with policy, procedures and in line with performance and quality standards set out for the Credit Control Team, with the aim to maximize cash flow and minimize bad/doubtful debts.

Description
The key responsibilities of the German speaking Credit Controller are:
- Effectively manage individual account portfolio, chasing due and overdue debt by telephone, e-mail, and letter within agreed timescales to ensure cash collection and targets are met.
- Aim to exceed minimum call levels at all times, which will vary due to business needs each month
- Accurate recording of all communication with debtors on the collections management system
- Identify and escalate potentially high-risk accounts and situations, but continue to follow up until resolved
- Liaising with the customer and operations effectively
