Senior Analyst - Cash Management

1. Represent and support the global CM team in the delivery of the Treasury global strategic agenda and in a wide range of Ways of Working (WoW) project activity.
2. Assist CM Team Manager and other Process Experts in identifying and prioritizing process enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities, including identification of key initiatives for the following year’s strategy.
3. Proactive in building relationships with Global Cash Management and across business areas to obtain operational excellence, taking responsibility for any complex issues that will assist in the timely resolution of any operational matters for FO-BO processes as per Control Operating procedure.
4. Participate in global CM expert networks to share experience and best practices, using collaterally the knowledge about processes in different ERPs.
5. Ability to work independently in finding solutions, taking pro-active approach towards problems and accountability for delivering assigned activities while keeping other team members informed as appropriate.

12. Prepare detailed analysis of cash flows within entity, combining information from several different data sources (both external and internal) and used historical trends for liquidity management.
13. Provide variance analysis with deep understanding of the reasons and draw conclusions for the future; cooperate closely with Treasury Analytics and Settlements Team in London.
14. Performing relevant follow ups for reconciliation process ensuring all control requirements are met on a timely basis.
15. Perform accounting activities accurately in line with timetable.
16. Ability to build own development plan and proactively engage in initiatives supporting personal growth.
17. Participate in cyclical calls with Businesses, provide suggestions and solutions for open cases within the process.
18. Coordinate, organize and finalize different analytical tasks independently with strong data accuracy and high quality as requested by CM Team Manager.

1. Operations - Operational duties are to be performed required to ensure all deadlines are met. Assisting in process review and improvement in particular where changes impact the team’s WoW.First point of escalation on any complex issues; Act as first point of call for in-depth process queries coming from stakeholders.
2. Controls - Apply e2e process knowledge and experience to contribute to discussions on risk-assessment and mitigation.
3. Problem solving - As and when issues occur in the team that require time and in-depth process understanding, though to be highlighted to the manager, the role holder will be expected to support issue resolution and takeg full responsibility for the completion of any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
4. Projects - Take coordination role in project work; support any agreed changes to the team's ways of working; be process Expert and Advisor to the Team.
