The Client

Following a recent merger and re-branding, our client is now one of the largest in their field and is a global leader in the technology and services industry, specialising in both tech and healthtec markets. They are a great business, with major market share and almost $4 Billion global revenue. They are looking to bring in a Finance Analyst to support their London FP&A function with a focus on their European business (Circa $1.5 Billion Rev.)

The London HQ is home to the Senior Executives and so this role would offer great exposure to the Senior Leadership Team as well as offering clear progression and commercial development within a large global business.

Description

The Role

Reporting into the FP&A Manager, but working closely alongside the CFO, this Finance Analyst role will be highly commercial and will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Analysis - weekly and monthly commercial analysis and reporting. Analysis, interpretation and commentary delivered to CFO
  • Business Partnering - work closely with the other local finance teams to build relationships and enable sharing of data and proactive analytic support
  • Month End Analysis - delivering business reviews, variance analysis and assisting with the completion of forecasts, annual budgets and long range planning
  • Ad Hoc Reporting - as and where required including deep dive data analysis in support of central finance teams

    What's Needed

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
  • Proven analytic background
  • Big company experience beneficial
  • Highly Excel proficient essential + strong knowledge of ERP systems highly desirable
