Page Personnel have a fantastic opportunity available for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a growing media agency in Manchester. The role will be an initial 6 months contract to cover a high volume of work within the team.

Description

As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be reporting directly to the Management Accountant, responsible for providing support to the Management Accounts team. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Adhering to month end deadlines and assisting with month end reporting

- Balance sheet reconciliations

- Ownership of the Group Fixed Asset Register

- Analysing staff expenses

- Supporting with preparation of tax reporting documents

- Bank reconciliations

- Provide ad-hoc support to the Financial Controller

Profile

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Be immediately available for work- Essential

- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written- Essential

- Have good working knowledge of all MS Office packages- Essential

- Have previous experience within a similar role- Essential

Job Offer

£25,000-£27,000 + immediate start + 6 months contract + city centre location + close to public transport links
