Description
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare 10year business plan
- Prepare investment appraisals and business cases
- To prepare monthly management accounts, financial KPIs and cash flows
- To prepare statutory accounts for the subsidiary
- To contribute to financial modelling and appraisals of proposed and existing schemes
- Review financial risks and opportunities in the group
- To be part of the strategic leadership in the group
- To drive change, efficiencies and innovation
- To deliver value for money
- To inspire and motivate staff, developing and managing team members
- To be part of and support staff development
Profile
Must be qualified or qualified by experience
MUST have experience within the building industry
Proven operational and strategic skills
Experience of identifying the potential for delivering efficiency savings and driving business decisions
Extensive experience in financial management
Must also have:

- commercial awareness
- be resilient
- be proactive
