Cobham is seeking a Program Financial Analyst II. In this role, youwill be a key team member responsible for program financial planningand analysis, while enhancing value and visibility to the ProgramManagement Office (PMO), to drive more proactive decision making andimprove profitability. Cultivating and maintaining cross functional partnership withProgram Management, Contracts, Procurement, Operations, andEngineeringCreating work breakdown structures (WBS), charge numbers, andassigning Task Order Assignments within Oracle ERPDeveloping time–phased program baselines to track cost andschedule for a portfolio of programsUtilizing an Earned Value Management System (EVM) to track,measure, and analyze program costs, status, and performanceTracking material expenditures from a consolidated bill ofmaterial (CBOM) and monitoring production touch labor Utilizing data collection and reporting systems to provideweekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to support internal andexternal customersProviding variance analysis and assessing program risks andopportunitiesForecasting, budgeting, and analyzing key program metrics(Orders, Sales, Gross Margin, Cash) analysis and reporting tosenior leadership Working collaboratively with program team and seniorleadership to generate and present financial metrics on programperformanceDeveloping and analyzing program estimates at complete (EACs)for Gross Margin adjustmentsHelping to develop standardized Program Finance policies andprocedures Supporting proposal development, fact finding, audits, andnegotiationsBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business related field or equivalent 2–4 years relevant experience in financial planning andanalysisMicrosoft Office experience with Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPS,SUMIFS, pivot tables, etc) Desired Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectivelyinteract with Program Managers and across other functional areasIndependent self–starter with ability to work with minimalsupervision Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systemsEarned Value Management (EVM) experience; preferable usingDeltek CobraSecurity:
