We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst
who can achieve, think, and bring passion to capitalize on opportunities and
drive value for the business.?The Senior Financial Analyst ? Growth
Finance/ Business Development is a key member and full business partner
supporting financial analysis and strategy development from proposal
development to center openings, and contract renewal support for existing
centers.

?

The Senior Financial Analyst will model future
business opportunities, play a critical role in the assessment phase, identify
the key value drivers and influence outcomes to facilitate decision–making. The
SFA will form strong business partnerships with the Growth Finance, Marketing,
Field Operations and Real Estate teams.

?

Building on industry knowledge and
understanding of KinderCare?s strategic plans, you will continuously pursue
process improvements, inclusive of reporting and analysis, and the facilitation
of target–setting and forecasting.

Job Responsibilities\:?
  • Lead financial and
    business analysis support for investment decisions for newly built
    KinderCare centers, centers and contract renewals for
    existing centers
  • Budgeting and
    planning support for new centers as well as KCAW centers and newly opened
    centers
  • Reporting and
    analysis for KinderCare Education client programs, such as Back–Up Care
    and Tuition Benefit Programs
  • Ad–hoc strategic
    financial analysis for new business concepts
  • Support of process
    improvements within the Growth Finance and business partner teams
  • Support
    executive–level and client presentation materials
  • Effectively
    present to executive leaders and clients
Qualification:
Qualifications\:
  • Bachelor Degree
    required. Business/Finance concentration preferred. MBA a plus
  • At least 4 years
    of experience in a similar position with a medium to large sized company
  • Knowledge of
    profit and loss management, strategic financial analysis, and forecasting
  • Proven ability to
    analyze complex financial information and identify potential problems;
    develop viable alternatives while leveraging strong problem–solving and
    analytical skill
  • Demonstrated
    ability to interact and build relationships with business partners,
    developing strong working relationships across multiple organizations
  • Advanced–level
    Excel and modeling skills; experience with Oracle TM1/IBM Cognos Business
    Intelligence, Hyperion Enterprise, Alteryx or like proficiency desired
  • Proven ability to
    prioritize, organize, and manage work from multiple sources while
    maintaining attention to quality and accuracy
