My client is looking for a seasoned Financial Controller to be based in their Central London office. A key factor of the role will be business partnering with several Directors across the UK&I regions, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting in line with the group function.
The company specialises in Asset Management and Advisory to the Construction/infrastructure sector. notably working several FTSE 100 & 250 businesses in optimising their portfolio's, cost management and general advisory functions.

Responsibilities,
- Producing timely and accurate monthly reports for the consolidated UK businesses
- Conducting annual reporting packs and statutory accounts for the board and stakeholders
- Providing accurate analysis and carefully monitoring profitability
- Producing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Supporting the UK Finance Director in various AD HOC activities
Experience & Qualifications,
- Fully completed accountancy qualification (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
- industry experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in preparation of statutory and management accounts
- Strong technical knowledge (IFRS, UK GAAP)
- Working knowledge of systems such as Agresso etc.
- Ability to communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders
