A. Location: Ha Noi Office

B. The Role

  • This role is to ensure Commercial team comprehends with our internal processes and improve customers’ service through update Credit Policy and S2C Process based on best practice.

  • Work with Sales team and Sales Operation team to quickly implement new initiatives while maintain compliance of our Credit Policy/S2C process;

  • Safeguard our investment in Visicooler and and better utilization of our visicoolers in the market.

  • Support the implementation of Key add/hoc project where applicable.

C. Accountabilities

  • Control Lead: SAP project

  • Safeguard company assets by monitoring and reviewing the execution of S2C process and credit policy in the daily work of Commercial team.

  • Safeguard MEM assets usage and proactive follow up with Compliance/Sales teams to ensure efficient utilization of visicoolers

  • Review, update and change Credit Policy/S2C Process to make it relevant and drive consistent application national wide

  • Set up KPIs for performance assessment and follow up action management for continuous improvement

  • Periodically conduct Policy refreshment for Location Sales/Control team

  • Lead the Credit Limit setup which includes, periodic, ad-hoc, weekend, holiday, special strategic period review;

  • MEC: Fixed S&D; Consolidate for national AR team KPIs analysis, investigate variances and provide recommendations for improvement if applicable

  • Coach and build team’s capability on technical accounting, tax, policies and controls process through knowledge/ best practice sharing, rotation and training.

D. Requirements

  • University graduate, major in Accounting & at least 5 years’ experience in managerial role.

  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge including accounting standard, tax, legislation, company policy and procedures.

  • Strong system knowledge and fluent usage of ERP system

  • Good Excel and other Microsoft Office Skill (e.g Pivot Table, charts, Dashboard, PowerPoint)

  • Good communication, problem solving & influencing skill

  • Ability to work under time pressure, work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to lead the agenda, initiate and implement best practice tool/processes to improve effectiveness in daily operation

  • Ability to coach and build team’s capability on technical accounting, tax, policies and controls process through knowledge/ best practice sharing, rotation and training.
