Experienced Business Analyst/Process Optimization Expert to support a group-wide project which aims to improve client relations and increase quality/transparency through streamlining of the customer onboarding and maintenance processes across the group.

As a Business Analyst/Process Optimization Expert you are integrated in a running project and responsible to provide best practice analytical, conceptual, process optimization support for design and implementation of a BPM application for the customer onboarding and maintenance process.

Tasks/responsibilities
  • Analyze and develop optimized business and system solutions with internal and external stakeholders taking legal, data protection and regulatory requirements into consideration
  • Support the development of the overall project from initiation through implementation
  • Support the smooth transition from project to line organization
  • Prepare presentations and decision requests for management level

Qualifications/required skills
  • 5+ years of related business experience with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects and change initiatives
  • Proven ability to analyze and create business requirements to support the development of process and technology solutions
  • Ability to translate business issues/challenges into business/system requirements
  • Ability to act as interface/facilitator between Business Units and IT (plus other involved parties)
  • Certification in at least one process improvement methodology eg Lean Six Sigma (preferably Black Belt level) would be an advantage
  • Experience with Agile Development
  • Sound knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer)
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
  • Team player with excellent communication skills at different levels (from working level up to senior management level)
  • Facilitation and Problem Solving Skills required
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German and/or French language skills would be an advantage

Assignment Details
  • Assignment Location: Predominately in Eschborn, Germany; however due to the global location of the stakeholders regular travel to our Luxembourg office
