We're looking for someone with experience in regulatory compliance and conduct or risk management to join our Advisory team. Are you in?

What will your typical day look like?

As a Director in the team you will both manage engagements and lead less experienced colleagues while also seeking out new opportunities in the market. In providing services to our clients you will work collaboratively within teams to solve problems and deliver tailored solutions. Working closely with Partners to design conduct and compliance frameworks, manage remediation and conduct activities, and respond to the requirements of key regulatory bodies. Not only will you be involved in managing engagements including: resourcing, progress, budgeting, billing and reporting you will also coach and mentor junior members of the team.

You are someone with:
  • Regulatory advisory, conduct advisory, risk and compliance, remediation operations, legal and/or external or internal audit experience
  • A focus on delivering innovative solutions, excellent client service, strong engagement management, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience managing engagements and mentoring less experienced team members
  • An in depth understanding of the banking, wealth management, credit, superannuation and/or insurance industries.
  • An ability to solve complex problems in a fast moving environment
