Our client is a leading Theatre group, looking for a Sole-role Finance Manager to join their growing accountancy division. This position is based in London's West End.

Description

Located in London's West End, our client is looking for a Sole-role Finance Manager with responsibility for the following duties;

* Producing Management Accounts in full - ready for presentation to the board
* Processing supplier transactions to the bank
* Ensuring reconciliation of QuickBooks with bank accounts, balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparation of monthly cash flow
* Maintain accurate budget and forecasting models, entering and updating data
* Planning and monitoring budgets and forecasts
* Credit control & liaison with creditors and clients
* Providing budget information
* Management reporting - KPIs, Departmental profit reporting
* Management of credit cards and banking relationship
* Currency management
* VAT and PAYE preparations and submissions
* Reviewing and processing payroll and annual P11D information
* Communicating with external accountants regarding statutory accounts
* Processing purchase invoices, sales invoices, payment runs, preparing bank reconciliations

Profile

The successful candidate:

MUST have worked in a sole-role Finance Position previously

Ideally will be AAT Qualified & studying towards ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience

Ideally will have worked in a multi-site environment

An interest in "The Arts" would be beneficial but not essential

Job Offer

Salary of £40,000-£45,000
