Finance Analyst

Analyst required with a leading retail brand based in Central London! You will join a high-performing team and will work cross-functionally to monitor controls and key processes and to ensure continuous improvement. The role will support the European accounting team with the following duties:

*Playing a key part in the team & ensuring entries are in line with the company policies and procedures;
*Assisting in maintaining and improving our internal controls and processes as the finance function continues to grow;
*Building close working relationships with the FP&A teams and cross business partners
*Supporting the Senior Finance Analysts in their day to day activities
*Supporting the wider finance team on current initiatives; and
*Ad hoc analysis.
Support the European accounting team and be a team player
*Work to develop efficiencies and improvements in current processes

The successful candidate:

*2+ years working relevant experience
*Qualified CIMA or ACCA;
*Retail experience is desirable
*High level understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting methods;
*Attention to detail and strong communication skills;
*Self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced environment
*SAP experience
*Advanced Excel skills
