Finance Administrator

The Finance Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to work for a world leading company in facilities services. It is a newly created position which offers the right candidate the chance to make this role their own.

Client Details

The company has facilities services contracts with the companies all over the UK, this role however will be based in North West London. They offer an open and inclusive office, as well as an excellent support network to their employees.

Description

The Finance Administrator role will involve:

- Collation and tracking of all work streams across both soft and hard FM services

- Raising all requisitions and following the PO process through to completion

- Ensuring all adittional works tasks are requested via the correct procedure

- Providing weekly information to the finance and senior management teams for additional recharges

- Assisting the FBP with month end procedures i.e preparing journals, preparing draft invoices, tracking spend

- Dealing with petty cash

- Main point of contact between the contract business and the main company for all finance related queries

- Identifying budget requirements for the contract company and budget control

Profile

The successful Finance Administrator will:

- Be AAT qualified

- Have 2-3 years experience in a similar role

- Have strong Excel skills

- Be a strong communicator

- Have experience dealing with internal stakeholders of varying seniority

- Be willing to get involved

- Confident and happy to work within a welcoming and friendly team
