An Tax Manager opportunity to join an acquisitive, global Technology business, based in their Head Office in Reading, as the Tax Manager, this role will head up the EMEA portfolio of entities and countries, taking ownership of a mixed tax position with a focus on Tax accounting.

Description
Based in the head Office in Reading, there is a requirement for a new Tax Manager to take ownership of a range of Tax accounting, Planning and Compliance duties. It would be expected that the successful candidate take responsibility for the management and control of all tax accounts throughout the region in accordance with USGAAP. Reviewing and advising on tax implication, assessing new business opportunities, providing business partnering support, as well as taking ownership of the tax filings and VAT process.
Profile
Candidates for the Tax Manager position will ideally possess either an Accountancy or Tax qualification (ACA, ACCA or CTA).
Experience from either a professional services/accountancy firm, or an in-house position is advantageous. We are looking for a developing and growing tax individual who has a strong understanding of Tax Accounting, Corporation tax, USGAAP. Candidates should be able to balance priorities in a high growth company, and be comfortable working in a fast paced organisation.

Depending on experience, the salary offered will range. In addition to this benefits will include Car allowance, Bonus, Private health care, Pension scheme, 25 days annual leave.
