The opportunity
We are looking for a SAP Specialist within the Technology team. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.
Your key responsibilities
- Working independently and seeking advice from Lead Consultants if required;
- Leading and mentoring lower level consultants;
- Contributing to the internal knowledge management systems;
- Significantly contributing to the responses to Tenders/Quotations and proactively identified sales
- opportunities;
- Having completed SAP training curriculum (SAP classroom and/or internal) in at least one area or
- SAP certified at the Associate level and having completed additional training/certification outside technical SAP
- 4 - 6 years of SAP experience with at least 4 years of consulting experience with the SAP environment;
- Prior Quintiq solution modeling knowledge on advanced planning and scheduling solutions in a senior QS role is preferred (L3 or higher)
- Proficiency in Quill and integration (e.g. XML/SOAP, SQL Server & web
services) - Working knowledge of Supply Chain planning and optimisation and logistics
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex environments
- BIRT reporting and XL macro knowledge and the practical application of
these would be advantageous.
Ideally, you'll also have
- The ability to build relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting them and promoting a collaborative culture
- The ability to contribute to high quality deliverables which provide relevant insights underpinned by a keen attention to detail
- The skills to apply a structured approach to project management and documentation, and a demonstrated understanding of risk based auditing methodologies
