To provide a full range of payroll services to a wide variety of clients.

Be first point of contact for clients for payroll queries on a day to day basis.

My client is a established accountancy firm based in Cambridge

Description

Full range of payroll duties including annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly payrolls:

  • Processing of starters and leavers
  • Preparing payroll to be paid by BACS
  • Issue of payslips and payroll summaries
  • Opening / Closing PAYE schemes
  • End of Year processing and reconciliations including: end of year RTI submissions and issue of P60s
  • Auto enrolment
  • To follow and help develop processes for the delivery of private client work
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients
  • To work as part of a team so that the necessary expertise is deployed across multiple private client portfolios.
  • Filtering technical knowledge through trainees
  • Actively take a role in the development and progression of the department/ team as a whole
  • Articulate the direction of the firm as set by the board
