Your team
The IB & UK CFO organisation is positioned within Group Finance and has global responsibilities to provide advice and insight to the business in order to help drive the strategy of the division.
The team is made up of a diverse group of individuals who are responsible for pro-actively providing insight, advising and challenging their business's activities, performance and strategy, as well as acting as the primary point of contact for its clients on Finance matters.
Your expertise
• Minimum 10+ years work experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of the financial services industry
• Good understanding of overall UBS (and Group Finance) operating model
• Experience in running or as a member of a COO or CoS function
• Has professional poise, is a self-starter and has the ability to interact with senior management in a credible fashion
• Builds rapport with a diverse set of team members and builds trust relationships quickly
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence/challenge in areas outside of reporting scope or responsibilities
• Consistently demonstrates UBS core values of client focus, teamwork, professional behaviour and integrity
• Detail-oriented, especially while multi-tasking
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Organisational, communication, and advisory skills
• Analytical, prompt and commercially-attuned approach to decision making
• Strong team working mentality, interpersonal dynamic, and execution mindset
• Highly developed ability to organise, track, and manage project plans
