18 - 24 Month Max Term Contract / Permanent

The IBOR replacement program, is a group-wide initiative, that is being managed centrally through the Financial Management Group. A Central Program team has been formed to lead the Group-wide implementation.

As an experienced Project Coordinator working within a Central Program Management team, you will have prior experience performing on a large, long running transformational program. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders. You will have maintained critical project artefacts including schedules, status updates, RAID logs, decision logs, etc. You will preferably feel comfortable and have experience using PowerPoint, SharePoint, Confluence and/or JIRA.

Your key areas of responsibility will include maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders on a regular basis. You will maintain project files in clear, accessible locations for the program teams and consolidate project team progress updates to provide Program level status updates/executive summaries. You will be responsible for taking down key meeting minutes and recording decisions and outcomes as well as scheduling and facilitating workshops, functional and cross functional working groups.
