About The Role
Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW
Role Type: 12 months fixed term, fulltime
The Advice Review Team (ART) is responsible for the financial remediation of systemic advice issues. As a Client Support Officer , your primary focus for this role is providing support to both the Customers and Case Managers. This will involve telephone liaison with customers, both outbound and inbound. You will assist in gathering the relevant product information allowing Case Managers to proceed with their remediation. You will communicate with clients to facilitate the payments of remediation amounts and support them with their queries.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
- Strong Customer Service skills and high level of confidence including both written and verbal communication with awareness of different customer needs
- Ability to plan and prioritise work with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and understand business unit policies, procedures and services
- Ability to identify and solve problems, both working without supervision and collaboratively with other team members or stakeholders
- Background in the Financial Planning industry is highly desirable
