Senior Credit Control Executive €40k

At Lex Consultancy we have this fantastic opportunity for a skilled, experienced credit control executive to join an international, market leading organisation based south of Dublin City centre in Clonskeagh.

Reporting to the finance manager, this role will have the following responsibilities:

• Collections calls following credit control procedure
• Reconcile debtor accounts
• Update bad debt provisions spreadsheet
• Prepare refund cheques
• Daily reconciliation of lodgements and receipts
• Deferred income analysis
• Deal with client related queries
• Enter lodgements, refunds and returned cheques onto Sage
• Weekly meetings with Finance Manager to agree cash collection targets

Interested candidates will meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years working in a similar role
• Experience working in a corporate, professional setting
• Ability to deliver information in a clear, constructive and sympathetic manner
• Ability to demonstrate patience and perspective in dealing with difficult situations
• Strong IT skills
• Flexible approach to work

This permanent position that will offer the successful candidate a salary in the region of ₠40k, excellent benefits and working hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
