Group Financial Accountant UKGAAP

Work closely with Head of Group Reporting, have significant ownership and accountability for solid Surrey business during a large merger.

Client Details

PE Backed Surrey business experiencing huge growth

Description

- Year-end, quarter-end and month-end

- Annual group statutory accounts preparation (8 entities) UKGAAP and submission to HMRC

- Support the implementation of Company policies, procedures, processes and initiatives.

- Support Regional Directors and Managers with implementing processes and ensuring adherence to financial procedures

- Own and maintain the group's balance sheet register with clear explanation of all items within the ledger

Profile

- Qualified financial Acountant (ACA / ACA)

- Working knowledge of UKGAAP (FRS102)

- Working knowledge of tax legislation

- Group consolidation experience advantageous

- Attention to detail and strong work-ethic

- Strong Excel
